What size do your t-shirts come in?
Our T-Shirts come in two styles.

Will my shirt shrink?
Our Shirts Are Made From 100% Cotton. They May Shrink About A half Size When Washed.
Where can I buy SouLethal products?
At this a time, we are an online only storefront, with the hopes of expanding to an actual storefront location.

How do I wash my pre-printed or Custom Hand Painted T-Shirt?
With proper care, our shirts will last for a long time. The garments must be washed with detergents that do
not contain bleach. This is also means detergents with so-called “colorfast” bleach. Turn garments inside out
and make sure you wash in cold water, and on gentle or delicate. We prefer that you wash your garment by
itself, or take it to a dry cleaners. Garments must be immediately removed from the washing machine and
tumble dried on low heat or the colors will bleed. This is important. If for whatever reason, a garment does
bleed when washed, immediately rewash the garment or the bleed will set. After drying, if you must iron, iron
on the reverse side only, and never over the image.

YES! We will ship outside the United States.
What Are Your Shipping Charges?
We Ship Worldwide. Shipping within the United States starts at $5.95.
Shipping To All Other Countries, the shipping cost starts at $11.50.
How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?
All Orders Are Shipped Via First Class Mail. Generally Orders Take 1-3 Weeks To Be Received.
International Orders Are Shipped By Airmail, and Generally Take 2-4 Weeks To Be Received.
Is My Information Secure?
We Do Not Rent, Sell Or Distribute Our Customer Base To Anyone. Your Privacy Is Important To Us and Is
Completely Guaranteed. When You Give Us Your Personal Information During The Ordering Process They
Are Used For Order Confirmation Purposes Only.
Do we offer discounts for large volume/bulk orders?
YES! For our custom T-Shirts only, which is based on how many shirts you order total.
What is your minimum order on any quantity of T-Shirts?
There are no minimum order amounts.
So that means, if you only want to order one T-Shirt, that's totally fine.
I paid by check, its been a while... What's going on?
Its simple. For our protection, we hold your order until it clears through the bank. If you want your order to
reach your door faster, please pay via credit card!
I thought I ordered a large but my confirmation says small, can you change this?
We will do our best to make the change that you request but it would be much easier on us if you would
review your order before you submit it.
What is your return policy for your artwork?
There are NO refunds on custom art work.
What type of paint do you use fro your t-shirt's?
For the T-Shirts and Sweat Shirts I use a special textile paint that is acrylic based.
